- len ellitts Review added: 2018.03.03★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The workmen and women are great it's the point of first contact that's the issue, i have been waiting for windows to be fixed for over 7 years now the workmen can't do anything as highrise and have told Sanctuary that all the windows need doing in the block, also had noisy pipes that back into the bedroom for over 4 years and they still haven't corrected them i keep getting "commercial contractor will be in touch" i had a leak once they kept ignoring it despite it getting worse, i ended up contacting enviromental health and by some miracle Sanctuary suddenly had the part in stock and came out next day to fix it.
