No food safety/handling certificate.
Hygiene is terrible, no gloves used when handling food and hands not washed after exchanging money with customers. The fries are reheated rather than fresh. There is only one member of staff who gives good customer service ( tall man, muscles) every other staff member I have been served by hasn't given acceptable customer service.
All staff should be wearing uniform when near food and customer facing due to hygiene. One member of staff today was wearing his everyday clothes, which looked cheap and dirty.
You don't call customers 'bro', regardless of your culture.
I would not recommend ANYONE to eat from here.
